“My philosophy is summarised in two words: Let’s go!” says Megan. “I love start-ups as well as existing businesses who want to innovate and scale, by making sure that operations, strategy, and business development are built on a strong foundation for rapid growth.”

A sought-after keynote speaker and regular voice in iGaming and FinTech panels and podcasts, Megan brings not just experience, but influence. Her thought leadership around performance management and team motivation will be a powerful asset across our portfolio.

“Megan is one of those rare operators who brings both structure and speed to the table. Her ability to navigate complexity while keeping teams aligned and energised is exactly what our portfolio needs as we continue to scale up. We’re excited to have her on board to help drive the next phase of Lunicorn’s growth story.”
