the process

Starting with a block of clay, the boxes, plaques and astro stars are sculpted from earlier sketches and ideas against a backdrop of soft music, incense aromas and candlelight.

For the boxes, the contents are sourced appropriately and scrolls written from Lunicorn’s own experience and knowledge.

The prototype is then taken to a Scottish moulder’s to be cast. A month later, when the moulds return to Glasgow, the boxes are individually painted, lined and filled at Lunicorn’s studios.

Our pet bandannas are sewn by Lunicorn and lunified with gold stars before personalisation.
